Hot Chamomile tea with a teaspoon of honey and bit of lemon juice followed by a shot of WL Weller 7 Year Old Reserve Bourbon Whiskey. Okay, maybe just the tea...:)

Judging from your "symptoms" and Royce's reference, I would suggest abstainance for at least 2 days prior to broadcast.
