Sweetwater's "D"..is plenty good. They have allowed only 17 points in 4 games. 2 official shut outs and last week the 8 points were a KO return and a safety. Now, we need the offense to step up...and we are getting some boy's back from injuries.....

Great crowd for us tonight. I'd say 2,500-3,000 were on our side. Maybe 150-200 on the vistor's side.

There was only one turnover in the game and that was a fumble by us.

The 3rd quarter turned into a penalty fest for the Mustangs that reminded me of last year's game. It carried over into early in the 4th. But, the kids got it together and put one more in the end zone.

But, the best news of the night is that there were no injuries for the Mustangs.

I wish there was a crowd like that every Friday. Kids looked good, passing game is coming together. D was very solid all night, they just don't give up any big plays.

Same here. It used to be like that from the 80's to mid 90's. It was definitely the best crowd since Slaughter has been here.

I agree about our D. I'd put our front 7 against any O-line in Region I and be confident about our chances.

Our D has thrown shutouts in 3of4 games....they are not the bigest D Line you will see...but they get after you .....and work their buts off and get it done!!
