BEASTI'm just talking top 5 QB's in the league....not based on this season. Big Ben has 2 super bowl rings that's why I have to let him receive some notes.

1. Tom Brady
2. Peyton Manning
3. Aaron Rodgers
4. Drew Brees
5. Phillip Rivers

Also receiving notes: Ben Roethlisberger could argue matt ryan right now, but i agree mostly.

In 3 years it'll be (in no particular order):

Matt Ryan
Matt stafford
Phillip rivers
Aaron rodgers
Andrew luck (???)

1. Aaron Rodgers
2. Drew Brees
3. Ben RoethlisBerger
4. Joe Flacco
5. Matt Ryan

I just don't see rivers winning a super bowl.

i have never understood the rivers love..yes he is a good QB but he always seems to have bad games in big games I guess most people see him putting up consistently good #'2 with sub par talent around him in most years. They have antiono gates and no one else. lol

Also, I am no longer a believer in Brady, He hasnt won the big game in a while. just saying he still is top ten in my opinion and depending on this year could move back up.
I agree with
1. Aaron Rogers
2. Drew Brees
Possible qb's to join that elite group in the coming years, Sanchez, Newton, Stafford, Bradford, Kolb

No talent? Malcom Floyd, Antonio Gates, Vincent Jackson, Ryan Mathews, Daren Sprolez (before this year), and last but not least LT (he is killing it in NY)
that being said he is great but he is surrounded by talent

that being said he is great but he is surrounded by talent when has Ryan Matthews done anything? Floyd Is average at best. Jackson sat out half a year and was hurt a lot. LT hasn't been there in ages. Sproles had 1 decent year.

Outside of gates and 1 good WR, chargers have shiiii as a supporting cast.

Yes, and you are also correct in that the Chargers have been loaded with talent for years. River's supporting cast has been as good as any in the league. I'll take Gates, Floyd, VJ, LT & Sproles any day. They have recently replaced LT & Sproles with Matthews & Tolbert. Both had good games against the Vikings. The talent is still there.

That takes nothing away from Rivers though, he is top 5 in the league for sure.

Vincent Jackson is a good #1.
