Sinton defense has been very good against the run in both scrimmages and both non district games. Hondo qb had 159 yds but the running backs were limited to 56 yards on 18 carries and against Rio Hondo the defense allowed 57 yds on 17 carries.

West Oso doesn't pass much so Sinton defense should get a chance to stuff the running game.

I actually hate these type of "win easily" games. The next 3 games should be good confidence builders. Hopefully we'll do a better job of tackling and catching the ball these games. Sinton by 3.

Most likely there will still be some mistakes on offense but it's looking much better.

Did Sinton decide to stick with the Fresh QB after all? I think you guys are going to show D31 how we do it here in D30. Rockport has done that as well.. :2thumbsup

I think they have. To me it seems they're a better offense with him taking the snaps. Nothing against the other QB. Thats just the way I see it. And of course my sight ain't what it used be either.:)

I personally think teams can do much better with a 1 QB system. Biggest gain is sync with WR's and other players can then begin to predict their action around that 1 QB. It is going to be fun when district play starts.

lol band wagon? I can be honest in my assessment and still be a fan. In fact, I'm probably one of the few making any noise in the stands!!! We ordered a bunch of noise makers and I don't hear enough of them being used, of course I might be making too much noise with my cowbell. :D

Sinton 2 games left to get that offense going, defense has been playing great even though they've been on the field alot so far this season. They haven't allowed a running back to gain more than 39 yds so far this season.

Until they open the playbook from the get go the offensive line is going to struggle to open up running lanes til they get used to competing at the varisty level. Most likely there is still a conservative approach for the fr qb and running everything up the middle, but sure does make it hard for the lineman to move that pile. Good opportunity next week to get some good work done and timing.
