The list looks good. No argument here. I personally believe Rice will end up higher, but that's just my opinion.

Glad to see you put Navasota in there. I've been talking about them since last year. They return some solid starters and should make some noise in Div. I. Bellville has to go to the Snakepit this year, which is never fun for anyone. District 23 could be very interesting.

I can't argue your rankings because I don't know any of the teams etc... Haven't even looked at what they have coming etc... in the DCTF...

But judging by what I've seen with my own eyes, Rice Consolidated and Port Isabel are gunna be tough as nails...
