many ppl dont give liberty a shot after the first round. i know we werent in the toughest district in the state but by far we werent in the weakest either. if liberty isnt a real contender how come many more teams in the state didnt go 10-0

easy there 3Afan2k3....Horn didnt even make the playoffs...6-4 doest qualify you as one of the best 4A teams in the state

many ppl dont give liberty a shot after the first round. i know we werent in the toughest district in the state but by far we werent in the weakest either. if liberty isnt a real contender how come many more teams in the state didnt go 10-0Its all about their location...they rnt close enough to houston to make any headlines and get press while they rnt close enough to beaumont or any other city to be deemed newsworthy (beaumont does cover them sometimes but its cause liberty plays the 21-3a teams in the playoffs) but they r closer to houston who should cover them more but they dont...u wouldnt know they exist except for the fact that the chronicle ranks them 2 in the houston area but yet they didnt even cover most of their games...basically they rnt respected because they get no press...u have to be 4a or 5a to get the chronicle's attention or go really deep in the playoffs the year before....hopefully they will catch the press's eye this year and next year they will be ranked....but hey they have played outa the underdog roll against silsbee, bridge city, barber's hill, and huffman (yes they were underdogs at their own homecoming even though they were 8-0 and huffman was 6-2 at the point) and they done well outa this roll...maybe we should forget the fact that they r given no respect and look at the fact that when no one thinks they will win they do...so yah look for them to make some noise this year, they want to be known esp. since most of this team will be back next year

Didn't yall beat Bridge City on the last play of the game and the next week Newton manhandled BC by 31pts? Maybe I'm imagining things.

I have no idea if yall have the weakest district in the state but there are 4 teams in district 20 that could have won district 21 or 22. Of course we will never know for a FACT but that is my opinion.
