Technically, We're 3A...so some sub-varsity results

Georgetown East View's inaugural season at sub-varsity only.

East View (sophomores only) 14

Stony Point had about 70-80 kids suited up. EV fumbled the opening KO at our 20 and SP recovered and took 3 plays to score. SP ran in the PAT.
East View got a short field on a SP punt and drove it about 45 yards for the score.
East View recovered a SP fumble at the SP 9 and scored in 3 plays.
SP drove about 65 yards, helped by a 54 yd run on the 1st play of the drive. PAT was in and out of our DB's hands with clear open field to take it back for 2, but dropped it.

Looking forward to a very competitive year in JV and next year as we move to varsity in 4A.

I know right? The wind kicked up and started blowing dust all around from the construction going on to the point that it was hard to see. The storm got close, but we never actually got any rain, just lightning all across the sky just to the east with wind gusts about 50 mph.
