About to go see if I can exploit the system at Shiner Sunday at Love and war in Plano. Tax free Grande Shiners maybe?

Wal-Mart overstocks during this time. I went in there to look at TV's and there was a rack of clothes in the electronics section. And on my way out I saw one in the produce section. :crazy:

Tax-free weekend is overrated.

You save $8 for every $100 that you spend. Not enough savings to warrant spending so much money.

not if ur buying clothes supplies etc for a student...u were already going to be buying it so the savings is great

Most places had great sales last week. I saved more then than I would on tax free weekend

agreed..but those sales were created by the Tax Free weekend
