What are the UIL rules pertaining to playing Varsity and JV in the same sport. Can a coach move a player up and down at will? Sure, a player can't play JV and Varsity the same week, but what are the rules.

Sure, a player can't play JV and Varsity the same week, but what are the rules.

That's the only rule. Coaches can move a player up or down as they see fit.

in football can only play one game a week. Are allowed to go up or down as coach sees fit. In basketball can play two non tournament games a week and can even play JV and Varsity on same night if coach wants. those two games would be their week limit for non tournament games though. Gotta follow total games rule too!
