Is it time for Dallas to cut losses with him? I just dont see him making the strides to be more than a 3rd QB or bottom end 2nd QB

A lot of people have been saying that the Cowboys in this next year draft will spend a mid to low first round pick or a 2nd round pick on a QB.

The better question is when will the cowboys get rid of those green toned pants?

and the different blues

When they wear their road blue they use a pure silver pant..wish they would use that at home

I just wish they would wear blue at home..their blue look is one of the best in league and last year did not even get to see it

Still think they should cut him? Just came up with 2 huge throws on 4th and long and then the game winning 2 pt conversion. 3 tds and pretty much won the game for Dallas. Not to mention, his stat sheet got kinda screwed because #86 doesn't know what the hell he's doing.

He was a risk to begin with. Showed a little grit tonight and displayed some of the reasons the Cowboys decided to use the 4th rd pick on him. The lockout definitely has not helped his cause but he did silence a few of his critics, at least for a week. Then again, it's not like he was facing a #1 defense.

Look at what he did when he was playing agianst players tonight who will be 2nd and 3rd team D..he struggled and looked lost those possesions..two three outs an int and another punt...yes he played well when it was guys who will be bagging next week at krogers and practice squad players.

The receivers route caused the timing to be off. McGee was playing against 2nd & 3rd team players, but he was also protected by 2nd & 3rd team linemen and throwing to 2nd & 3rd team receivers that have not had a lot of work together.

I don't know why you guys are being so critical of him. He played better last night than 90% of the backups will play this weekend. He is a back up quarterback in the NFL, and will prolly always be, as long as he does it well when he has too.

the green toned pants have somethingto do with the the hd tvs. for some reason they look green with high def. in real life they are the normal looking color grey

he would still need just a little more pass protection
