another great comeback for the rangers trailing by 3 in the third, manged their way to comeback in the eight to tie it up 6-6. then josh hamilton gets a great hit to score a run to win in walk off fashion in the 9th! 7-6 final. the rangers are 1.5 games up on the angels!

Hey Roughneck93 I remember some years ago the Astros were playing in Minnesota (I think) and going to the bottom of the ninth the Twins were winning 8-1 and it looked bad because the Astros except for one run couldn't get their bats going. Sure enough in the bottom of the 9th inning the bats got going and they scored 9 runs to lead 10 to 8. Sure enough in the top of the fifth inning the Twins got another run but the Astros were able to hold on and win 10 to 9. A great comeback indeed. Unfortunately back then we didn't have ESPN but had to settle for the radio broadcast but they did do a good job in play by play on this exciting game.

I remember when the Astros were beating the Diamondbacks 7-1 and ended up blowing it and losing 11-9 it was a great comeback.

I've been a fan since before the days of Billy Martin. I take nothing for granted. We've been in a funk I agree, but we'll be okay. We should appreciate the bullpen work of late. It all evens out. :clap:

Not going to happen very often with any pitching staff these days... they are all professionals and sometimes even the worst of teams show some spark. JMO!!
