Looks like South Texas and Southeast Texas may get some soaking rain Saturday. Strange that it takes a storm to break the drought. Seen it go that way many times over the years though. Landfall predicted between Palacios and Brownsville.

I hope that it turns north and sweeps across NCT too. Here is the projected 5 day track.

I hope this storm goes in a little south of Ingleside. Normally the heavier rains are on the north side of the storm. We could sure use the rain in the Coastal Bend.

We need to ALL share the bounty. Whatever track covers the most area of Texas would be the best track.

Hope Don brings it! In this case the "dirty" side is the good side.

WC gives Bellville a 30% chance Fri., and Sat! Not the 100% I was dreaming of.

Don took a turn to the west. Looks like the lower part of South Texas will be the only place to get any significant rain. Most of the rain is in the southern part of the storm. Just backwards of most storms.
