Anyone know of a good place to hold a family reunion? Around 90 people. Somewhere in Central Texas or DFW. Last two times we had it at Tapatillo Springs in Boerne. Looking for a change.

That, and is the lake empty during the summer?

What about somewhere on Lake Granbury they have lots of things on that lake.

We used to have ours at the 4H center at Lake Brownwood but have moved it to the Baptist Encampment (also on Lake Brownwood).

Probably too late to get spots this year, but next year you might consider Canyon of the Eagles park on upper Lake Buchanan on the Burnet County side. Really a beautiful place.

They are looking for next June. Buchanan will be empty already. Plus it's for 90 people fri-sun.

There was water in the lake even with temps in the 110's.

Edgewater on Lake Buchanan can handle that many , though it is a ways to the water right now. Was out there this weekend
and they have built a road down to the water ( bout a half mile ) , good thing is they now have a huge private beach to hang out on.

The absolute place to go is Collin County Adventure Camp in Westminster, TX. It is amazing. It is a YMCA owned camp, but it has so many things to do, you can get them to make the meals for you for $5 per person (and it's good), and they have archery, canoeing, fishing, bb-gun shooting, a big softball field, etc. I take my baseball team out there every year.
