Exactly. Probably would have been better off being absorbed by Aldine ISD.

How is this NOT a "at school" problem? A single district that operates under the same conditions and rules as every other district in the state but continues to have issues has to be a "at school" problem. Just look at the ongoing scandals and crimminal activities with the DISD. How does the state allow those idiots to stay employed? I personally would like to see the state clean house. Every district that doesn't operate in a fiscally responsible manner should be gutted and revamped. That includes over paying it's employees regardless of if they are Superintendants or teachers!

I wonder if ETB means its not a kid problem or an on campus level problem but a problem with the admin and school board
