Adding profile art to you profile

How do you add a art or a photo to the area where your post messages to your profile?
I went to edit my settings but couldn't find the correct area to add it

If you're asking about an avatar (picture under your username), you have to have 1500 posts before you can have one or become a Donating Member.

I had close to that many posts when I was under the user name of Anteck and Blackcat 1954-two user names that I can no longer long on to because of missing passwords
