What if the Pelican West Band where there to play a concert everymorning before they take off again?

As I've told the story before, pictures of me "stumbling" upon the opening leg of the Tour de France in front of St. Paul's Cathedral a few years back. Had an 8 hour layover in London, went to go tour the Cathedral, and low and behold, I find the first leg of the great bike race!
