Does the ice cream man still make the rounds in your neighborhood? Many is the time when I was a kid that I would stand on the hot street barefooted just to get my hands on a Dreamsicle, Fudgsicle, Nuttybuddy, Popsicle, or Bombsicle.

Seems like nowadays the ice cream man likes to frequent the baseball fields and parks---more kids less driving, I guess.

All the ice cream men here look like something straight out of Deliverance......no way in Hades I am walking up to one of their "vans"....they creep me out BIG TIME!!!!:eek:

Nope. The guy suffered several broken bones, but survived. Later he sued the driver of the truck and won.

I loved those and the ice cream man in lubbock comes by my neighborhood and he has them except they are batman or spongebob now. I go with batman haha

I would sure like to know how he won a law suit? Here in Texas he broke the law by blocking a road way or passage way.

The vice-president of our local youth football league bought a truck three years ago. Great guy, and yes, he makes the rounds in our neighborhood.
