B - Cam don't like smellin' your BRAND!
C - Cam CAN.....but usually won't....
D - Cam lives near a DAMN DAM....
E - Cam don't like no prostrate EXAM....(specially when 2nd finger goes in for "2nd opinion".....)
F - Cam is full of Flim-FLAM...but he is a sports FAN...
G - Cam liked MaryAnn on GILLIGAN....
H - Cam just switched from left to right HAND..(got a little carpal on left)
