Best Hot Weather Drink/Snack?

The 100 degree summer days are upon us. What are your favorite cool-down cold drinks/snacks?

Drinks: I like green Gatorade, iced tea, or water at athletic events. Cold Dos Equis when among the adults at the lake, etc.

Snacks: Ice-cold fresh pineapple, grapefuit segments, green grapes, watermelon , and cantaloupe.

love ice cold cantaloupe and red grapes, on a hot summer's afternoon.. Can't go wrong with a tall glass of iced tea.. ;)

I drink about a gallon of iced tea a day in weather like this. Beer gives me a headache if I'm out in the hot sun.
