Burnet has lost another soldier in Afghanistan. Our 2nd fallen hero, Anthony Nunn-19, was a graduate of Burnet High in 2010. From what I understand, his mom and little brother recently moved to Prosper.
This comes after losing Jason Holbrook-28, who lost his life in July of 2010. (also in Afghanistan)
Please keep all our soldiers in your prayers..

Allow me to say as a veteran and the father of a US Soldier currently deployed to Iraq, I'am so very proud of my son but as a veteran of the Vietnam Era and the brother of a US Marine killed in Vietnam...It's time to bring our troops home. I now believe we will look back once again and say they died for what?
Terrorism? We have terror within our own boarders now because instead of watching our own house we were trying to take care of someone else's!
