Pretty good game Missouri came from down 8 to 7 to take lead 9 to 8 in the top of the ninth Ags tied it at 9 with a clutch 2 out single and won it in the bottom of the 10th.

TCU, Texas, Texas A&M and Rice will all host regionals. Possibly the last three (not TCU) will be national seeds. Ags should jump Texas for the best RPI in the Big XII, are co-champs with Texas, and won the tourney. No reason they shouldn't be picked.

Brodie was drafted by the Reds in the 4th round last year....he's currently playing in for the Bakersfield Blaze of the California League (High-A)

I knew Bakersville didn't sound or look right.

Instead of rewarding them for their body of work, they screw them because of a starter being injured now. Nevermind that they are 4-0 and tourney champs after losing said starter.

Thanks NastySlot. That's a bad break for the Aggies. Big 12 co champs and tourny champs at that. I'm a Horns fan, but this year, maybe they didn't deserve that top 8 National seed. Isn't A&M's RPI better than UT's as well?

I believe it was better than the horns and rice.......should of not released the injury info until after the selections....if that was truly what kept them from getting a national seed.

Probably more on reputation than anything else.

All 3 (Texas, A&M, Rice) should have been Top 8 seeds...but the NCAA will never let that happen.

And as far as the "Stilson being hurt" argument that the NCAA used: The Ags had the best May record in the nation with Stilson only throwing 11.1 innings the entire month because of injury....they proved that they can win without him.
