How bad are they?

I mean, TERRIBLE bullpen... But other than that I'd say they're a .500 team.

So depressing to see a team have 11 blown saves in 16 tries.

Maybe MLB will accept the bid from Crane and they can build some new excitement.

I cannot believe that they have had 16 save opps. If they converted 12 of the 16...which is reasonable I would say, that would put them about 22-21 and assuming some of those wins came against Central teams, they would be right in the mix for the division lead.

Yep, which is exactly why I think they're a .500 team or maybe even a bit better if they had a decent bullpen. I mean they lost a game 2 days ago where they led 1-0 with 2 outs and no one on base in the bottom of the 9th.

Yeah they would be right in the mix of things. Looking at the NL, only seven teams are over .500 and by having even a decent closer the Stros would be turning some heads.

they should trade san diego for Mike Adams. one of the best set up men in the NL for 2 years. plus he's a Sinton alum. that should seal the deal right there. :)
