The Texas Securities Commissioner has issued an emergency cease and desist order against a Dallas-area energy company, alleging it is targeting laid-off teachers for the fraudulent sale of oil and gas interests. The company is telling current and retired teachers and other Texas school employees that the investments will help them "replace much-needed income" at a time of "looming layoffs" and is encouraging them to use their retirement savings, according to the order. The company says those who invest $21,000 will see returns of at least $5,000 per month and those who invest $45,000 will get at least $15,000 a month, the order says.

Can you say sucker and these educrats have a degree. Just remember if its too good to be true, its a scam.
