Working in Kerrville for the next few weeks. Nice town. Passed by on I-10 many times just never actually stopped. Lots of retired folks.

Lived there in the mid 90's. Was the #11 retirement city in the country at that time and #1 retirement city in Texas. In-laws still live there. Beautiful area to ride motorcycles in.

I have a very good friend that runs their Chamber of Commerce and I have heard nothing but good stuff about Kerrville. Many community events, good quality of life, schools and yes, plenty of money.

...and I heard the Banditos just opened a new chapter there in the last couple of years. Guess its pretty for everyone.;) :D

plenty of money....typical hill country myth.......you either have or don't have any...........no middle.

I used to wonder how some people made it in the hill country reminds me a lot of California.
