View Full Version : New uniforms...maybe not...

Well, with all this stuff going on about cutbacks, layoffs, etc...I wonder if Burnet get's new uniforms this coming season.....New uniforms are purchased every two years with the older ones handed down to the JV & freshmen teams. What does your school do about uniforms?

IF, Burnet gets new unis, I truely wish they would get rid of that Coppell look like helmet and go back to the basic Bulldog (and personally I liked the ole green helments); Can I assume that the HC has full say on unis or does he get approval somewhere in the administration?

I think every 2 years is pretty standard. Here we do every 2 years for outdoor sports, every 3 years indoor sports. HC's make the call on uni's

you sure it's Coppell? I thought Burnet was more into the SLC look?

Coppell has never had the Texas outline on their helmets.
I personally like Burnet's logo.

The BEAST is right. Burnet switched to the Southlake Carroll uni which is a pretty good look. I think Shipley switched to it about 6 years ago. Personnally, I kinda liked the ol' green helmets.

Nasty, I stand corrected......it was patterned after SLC, not Coppell.
