View Full Version : Bridge City Still Under the Gypsy Curse

I will have to abandon my search for the low-life who payed for the gypsy curse that has been placed on Bridge City. I had a visit from the walking dead (gypsy's use the word shilmulo) who "suggested" I end my quest for this dilo. Since I have family members who could be in peril, I must stop my research. I am so sorry--may the life of the blessed be with you.

heh, if we lose the first round to Barbers Hill, it would have been a loss to a respected team and nothing to be embarrased over. so be it.

QB, At least Poly is 'attempting' or was 'attempting' to resolve the curse, lol. As you said though, the 1st game will be a great game. BH is a class act during baseball, and i'm sure it's the same w/ football. Chances of us meeting up in postseason are extremely high right now, and will be one heck of a game. Best of luck to BH as well, until Week 11 :D

This should be a good game.....I see it as which one comes in the healthiest. Injuries to key players on either team can tilt the balance. Both teams are trying to develop depth and both teams are well Coached squads. We both have come " a long way baby" since the season started. Again the winner here should ultimately play Jasper. I once thought is would be Bellville in round two, but they seem to be weaker than Navasota or Elgin, who are gaining strength..., See you in the 11th game, Poly, if all works out, as is being predicted by most folks.

I have spent the last twenty years of my life battling with the Gypsies who still like to use ancient methods to ruin thier enemies. I have been discovered. However, because of my knowledge and powers after years of research the Gypsies in question and I have come to an agreed resolution. I must bow out of this gypsy curse research. Bridge City is doomed to fail in their bid to reach a second playoff game. I know the players must feel awful about this. It has come to my attention that quite a rivalry has developed between the two schools. The game is out of the hands of their coaches, players and fans. Evidently a lot of money went into buying this curse. They have covered their tracks eceptionally well. Once again, all I can say is sorry but my family must come first in this matter.

The curse of Polysemous is no more! It may have worked on Newton last year but is no longer relevent! :p Now take your black magic to some windblown soccer field and curse the communists running around there. Your Eagles are good but your magic has lost it's potency!
