I will swallow some pride and nominate Denver City as the team of the week. They were in a must win situation going into the Lamesa game and played a super ball game. Now they can tie for district with a win against Greenwood. I also nominate Denver City and Greenwood as the game of the week for Week 10. I know Lamesa will fall out of the Top 10 and after the game they played they deserve to.
