Tie Wrap shortage in Rockdale

There is a massive shortage of tie wraps in Rockdale this morning due to the DPS and local PD usage last night and early this morning. The nocturnal festival was in town again and some folks think they can look like dopers and just drive through town. WRONG!

Went to local donut palace this morning and saw 2 different police stops, both already in back seat getting cars searched. And by the way my buddy sitting waiting to load their automobile onto his wrecker.

Some just won't learn...........
