Early legal analysis is appeal has a less than 30% chance because the decision is very well thought out.

agreed....a friend of mine in law school did a paper surveying the percentage of times the argument that the ruling judge "had no jurisdiction in the matter" failed in district courts or higher, only succeeded approximately 20% of the time.....that was one of the owners arguments with this judge.....
judges at that level just don't take kindly to that argument overall, the exact arguments notwithstanding.....

If they did I don't think it would be too bad the place sounds half empty as it is.
It was nice seeing Barry Sanders get the warmest reception so far in this draft though.
