Word from the Mustang Bowl is that Al Davis is at the game and may offer Black Magic a chance for a comeback

Did he say why Black Magic left the game and
is on the sideline with his "headset" on?

That must have happened a minute or two into the second quarter. He bent over with his hands
on his knees and I didn't think he could be
sucking wind already.

It was definitely a more entertaining game. Mostly because both teams opened it up. We had a QB
and Snyder playbook was more than Wells to the left, right and up the middle.

Not a bad result considering we had the team together for 2 weeks only and didnt have more than 8 guys there until Friday. Black Magic is fine. Just pulled a calf muscle on the last play of the 2 quarter. From what I saw after the game just about half were in the same shape.. Its all about the D folks. We scored twice on D and Once on a pick 6 ( one of those bad things that happen when you throw the rock) as much as they did tonight. Snyder wins AGAIN;) It was a good game though. Kudos to SW.

Glad to hear Black Magic is OK.....would be a shame if he was too banged up to make the KATS Club

Sweetwater played well and was better prepared this time. I think they started in the end of February So we went into it just wanting to play well. we only practiced for 2 weeks but we all know the system well so we just came in and did what we have done for the last 10 years. They had some good plays but over all them not being able to run the ball on us sealed it for them. It allowed us to just T off on the QB. He was not sacked that much ( maybe 2 times ) but he was pressured and put on his tail quite a bit. We all get a year to recover and then get to pretend we are young again for a couple of hours.

Yeah, they were caught off guard by the complexity of the defense Snyder played. They
weren't expexting stunts, twists and disguised blitzes.

Not able to run the ball? They had atleast 50 yards on the ground. Which equals the total
offensive output from last year. :D

As far as Clemmer, he only let the pressure get
close so he could roll out and find an open
reciever like any mobile QB would do after they go through their progressions.
