Robstown took care of business during district. They outscored their opponents 129-4, with 8 shutouts. They have two non-district games next week against 2A Rivera, which have already beaten 32-3A leaders Zapata twice this year, and Corpus Christi Moody, who may be having a down year by their standards but are still a dangerous squad.

Robstown gets the first round bye in the playoffs and awaits the winner of runner up of 30-3A, which appears to be RF, and third place of 29-3a, which will probably be Wharton.

Port Isabel defeated IDEA last night and needs only a Rio Hondo loss to Grulla today or a win over Rio Hondo on Tuesday to claim the #3 seed out of 32-AAA

UPDATE: Grulla over Rio Hondo 11-1 this afternoon. Port Isabel takes the #3 seed out of 32-AAA and will face Orange Grove in round 1.
