WO-S superintendent James Colbert has named Cornel Thompson, longtime WO-S DC, to be the next head coach of the WO-S football program. Coach Thompson will be recommended to the school board next week for approval. By all accounts, he should get the nod with ease.
This is the one coach most every WO-S fan wanted (and expected) to get the job. With Coach T, it will be a seamless transition from Coach Hooks. It is a good day in Mustang land! The winning tradition continues!
