You need a doctors prescription to buy an artificial leg.

You can be licensed to drive a semi, fly a plane, and operate heavy machinery, and still get a ticket for riding a motorcycle without an endorsement.

You can go to the pharmacy and buy pills to make you horny, make you happy, and help you sleep, but smoking weed is against the law.

The State of Texas is considering raising the speed limit to 85mph.

You can shoot somebody for walking in your front yard, but you can't slap somebody for farting in an elevator.

Motor Vehicle laws in Texas require an Inspection Sticker be visible in the lower left hand corner of the front windshield----but, there is no place in the law that requires that you have a front windshield.
