I hope I don't get hurt at a football game this year because the Insurance guy from Ble Crock and Blue Shaft came yesterday. My insurance for my wife and I went from $315 to $544 every 2 weeks. That is with my employer paying half of my portion. That's $14,144 a year out of my pocket not counting what he pays. With my pay reduced to about 50% of what I used to make I can't afford it. I'm 54 and worried.

What really shocked me was what this guy said. He said in 2014 their profits are going to be controlled. Does this mean they are gouging us now to make up for then? Obamacare fixed this for me right? "Affordable healthcare for everyone" right?

Since I lost my job in February-my wife had to put me on her insurance at work.

We have Untited Health Care which is better than Blue Cross-Blue Shield

They take out $350 a month which hurts our bank account.

I'm on serveral medications with a still a high co-pay .

My Ambien CR is very high priced and take three other medications.

At least I'm drawning unemployment which helps a little.
