What a D-bag.....I cheated, I got caught, I'll just quit.

They're saying that when it goes into effect that if he comes back next year or even at the end of the season, he'll be able to come out of retirement and play right away as long as it's after 100 games. ***? He should have to serve the suspension if he does come back.
