I'm wondering if I pay the $4.99 to download the app, can I listen to Rangers games live from my phone?

I'm wondering if there's blackout restrictions on games like there are on other forms of media. And I don't think it's worth the $5 investment just to find out.

Doubtful. You will probably need to get some app from the MLB.

and I thought Ranger games were on the fan.
