A great win with final score of 76 to 70 and what is also outstanding is that ND basically had the home court advantage since the game was in Indiana. Danielle Adams had a fantastic game.

Congratulations Aggie Women!!!!!!!

On a side note to this game, Aggie Assistant Coach Vic Schaeffer, who was seen on the sidelines all night coaching the defensive effort, had to overcome a very trying year. His young son was severely injured in a ATV accident and had severe head injuries. Schaffer stayed by his side through the hospital and rehab and the young man is back in school now. The team told the boy at the first practice they were gonna win it all for him---THEY DID IT!!!!

I like how the announcer noted...."the Aggies have the smaller crowd, but they are definitely making more noise"

What drama! Just when I thought the Aggies had a lock, their most competent ball handler, Sydney Colson, dribbles the ball off her hip! Oh my gosh! I was in the floor on my knees yelling at the TV. The could have used up *lots* of clock w/ that possession.

But, they recovered and took it to them!
