Hey, What's the big deal? Lots of schools are going with their school colors on their turf..... The truf in UNT's new stadium is Green and White.

I *hate* Boise States blue field. I can't change the channel fast enough. I can't sit and enjoy the game, it just looks to foreign.

In reality, this trend is not that bad. The opposing teams have trouble adjusting to the different colors after being on normal green. Depth perception changes for QB and receivers.

I am not a big fan of the colored fields because it changes traditional feeling of the fields, but there may be some advantage to the home teams.

Just a thought.
