I think that building the bomb is no hard task, as the builder said, but laying hands on the fissionable materials to make it complete is the limiting factor. Still, that certainly could be accomplished with the right $$$ and connections in today's world.

Yeah I met a nuclear scientist the other day who lives in the area. He said it was just a matter of time before one goes off in a major US city. The guy wrote a book on the subject about ten years ago. He said remote rural land is a good investment because there will be a mass exodus from major cities. How is that for an investment tip, lol.
