I'm up in Amarillo eating breakfast at the Big Texan. Did you know that on Tuesday nights they have a "team" rib eating contest, and not only can we get all the ribs we can eat, but they will PAY US $1,000.00 for winning it. I did the math. If we stay at the Alamo motel, and sneak some extra ribs out in our pockets, and only get three cases of Shiner a week, and four hookers, we will never have to work again! I checked with the Mrs. and she said it was cool with her. Let me know what Mrs. Squared says.
