Didn't know he left? When? Maybe Coach Valentine would be next in line. He is the D Coordinator over there correct?

Anything new on this? I know Valentine was named interim head coach, but not sure if they are going to hire within or look elsewhere....

Please give examples of why he would be a good AD/HC?

Will he be supportive of all sports and work with each head coach?

He has learned under a couple of the best in the State/Area.
Very high energy level
Passionate about winning
Coached girls basketball and took that as serious as football
Encouraged athletes to play other sports
Coached power lifting
Best coach I ever played under, Jr. High-College

I am just rambling and my list could go on and on. I am telling you, if they pass on him, it would be the biggest mistake Needville could ever make. Also, he might not stick around if he is looked over. Needville is his hometown, its where he wants to be. He left a winning Bellville program to take the same position at a sub-par Needville. If I was in Needville's position, I would want someone who sees this opportunity as his dream job, rather than someone using it for a stepping stone to move on to bigger and better things...
