With Adam Wainwright undergoing Tommy John's Surgery, does this give Shelby Miller of Brownood the nod to jump to MLB. He was already competiting for the 4 spot in the rotation before the injury, in my simple mind says he's going. The latest news was they fixed his pitch tipping problem so he should be goog to go.
