One of the most AMAZING comebacks in football history.

John Tyler is up 41-17 with 3 minutes left in the game. Plano East scores 4 TD's and recovers 3 onside kicks to take a 44-41 lead with 26 seconds remaining only to have John Tyler return the kickoff for a TD and win, 48-44.

Plano East probably would have been better off trying another onside kick at the end there instead of kicking to the endzone. The onside kick had been succesful.

Onside kick with a 3 pt lead? Much bigger gamble than a deep kick...Just a crazy game. I think it was 20-10 with 5 minutes left and East getting ready to score before JT scores 3 defensive TDs to make it 41.

It keeps getting "re-discovered". I mean, the game was three years old the first time I watched it on VHS. I'm sure it's still just as exciting to discover it today. It's kinda like about ten years ago when my youngest son came up to me and said "Dad!! You have got to hear this band I found, they are too cool. They're called Pink Floyd, and they have this album that is awesome."
