This guy's ideas of what constitutes adult competency is little questionable. Every criteria he uses to JUDGE people with this test is based on current thinking in a society that is influcenced greatly by Political Correctness and touchy-feely liberal propaganda. Based on this guy very few of our forefathers would have been considered competent adults.............
