Budget cuts are supposed to mean trimming the fat but in nearly all cases it means keep the fat and cut on the muscle.

I don't know why they call it singles awareness day. Trust me on this. You're a whole lot more AWARE of the fact that you're NOT single on this man hater holiday.

Phil, you're 100% correct. Waaay more on-campus people are going to lose their jobs than off campus folks. That is backasswards.
