I did a google web search of the girls name to see if she looked older than her age and she looks creepy.

Not the same pic I saw. She had more face plaster on, had her head tilted down and was
looking straight at the camera through her bangs when the picture was taken.

I'm guessing the same place Paris Hilton's did when she was that age.
