I stream ESPN radio all day at work and sometimes on the weekend.

I like Mike & Mike, Cowherd and the Van Pelt show. But I need to find something to replace
Gottlieb at 3pm and Dari Noka & Mel Kiper on the weekends. Any suggestions?

The Hardline is one of the longest running and most popular sports shows in Dallas. KTCK 1310 the Ticket.

You might not get all sports talk, but I promise you that you'll be entertained.

I listen to the Ticket All Day at work. It's a guys station and Matt's right, they don't talk sports all of the time, but it's a sports station that talks other topics. 85% of the stuff is sports, then it's Entertainment News, Current Events, Music, etc the other 15%.

You really like Collin Cowherd?

The Ticket is one of those weird things where it takes about a week to really "get" it but once you do its gold...my buddy Jeff Howe who lives in San Marcos listens online every day...he's a big fan of Mushmouth

Colin Cowherd says the same thing at least 20 times. He is the worst.

Try the Central Texas sports with David Smoak. Waco, Temple, and Killeen stations (you will have to look them up).

I told him that was fine, as long as I can have my own wall of morale, in my "mancave"...which is my bedroom. I think he felt that was just too much competition!! ;) :p

so, the last few days I've been listening to The Ticket while at work. I'm having a real hard time gaining intrest. I'm guessing there are a lot of story lines that I don't have a clue about, and is why I don't understand much of the joking.

I'll give it another week, then might try The Fan.

It generally takes about two weeks to really start to pick up on the in's and out's on the Ticket but once you get "it" you can't stop listening generally..

It's getting better.

I have been listening to it 8a.m. - 5 p.m. and am catching on a bit. The transition from the morning - 3 p.m. show to the Hardline is a bit weird.

If I'm understanding, it much of the same guys and some more and they cover some of the exact same stuff.

All in all, it's pretty good though

The transitions are called show mixes where they kinda get together and shoot the bull....the transition from BaD Radio to the Hardline from 2:50-3:10 can be interesting..but also real funny...Line 4 Guy is pure utter genius

I can't figure out there names yet. There is one guy that seems to be the ring leader on the Hardline, that his voice sounds like he just finished smoking a big bowl ganja, is awesome. I just hear his voice and it cracks me up.

That's Rhyner..he basically started The Ticket....Corby or Cobra is his sidekick...his voice is a little higher pitched...
