I believe the majority of discussion should be focussed on football, yes... But when there's no 3A football going on it is easy to stray off the beaten path...

It's (talking about other stuff) a way to get to know people better and to let people know more about yourself besides which team you support etc...

BTW... On my X-Box, Cuero beat Gonzales 110-0 the other day in NCAA 2003 (via the 'Create a Team' option)... Woo-ha!
