So here lately I've been seeing guys wearing these blingy belts. Much like the ones women wear. Very straight guys and the many girls are loving that they are wearing them. I don't understand?

Now I just turned 30 this past October and maybe its an unwritten rule that at 30 you fall out of touch with the latest fads and how people are dressing but I really can't catch on to this style. Count me out!!!! Am I wrong?

Heck no, Royce. What's wrong with bib overalls without a shirt and a straw cowboy hat with a feather in it? No belt needed there....:D

Yup. Go visit the Fat Stock Show this weekend and you will see blingy belts are used by both ladies and gents now.

And yeah, somewhere past 30 your fashion kinda gets locked in and you quit keeping up.

at least for the slpybear it seems that way.

Since I only shop in the mens section, I can say that I won't have a belt that looks like that.

When your over 30 you start actually needing a belt to keep your pants up so you dont want anymore wait than needed. :D

A few months ago I was pulled over, handcuffed and detained in Driscoll(Suspected car theft). One of the officers(Nueces County deputy) was so fat you couldn't hardly see his weapon.

If those belts are the "style" then I don't want to be "in-style."

I have several "blingy" belts, BUT if I ever caught my husband trying to wear one of those things, I'm afraid I would have to beat him with it. Wrong wrong wrong!! :hand:

Can you actually still call yourself a man if you wear one of those? And I gotta say, the worst fashion look ever devised is the skinny jean worn to sag on a butt. That's worse than bell bottoms with dress shoes and a t-shirt.

The trend nowadays is for guys to dress like girls. I don't get it, never will, and I believe most of the guys who wear that stuff will look back in ten years and burn all evidence.
