After all of this broke,the boss offered the guy his job back. He said NO THANKS!!

He got offered a job at a rival dealership and it's closer to his house at that!!!!

His boss was so worried about his tie offending the customers and then his tirade in front of the customers is what offended them.....I think it's funny!!!

I hope everyone follows the guy to his new job!!!
